As a wedding photographer, I get to capture so many beautiful details — the florals, the dress, the venue… but can we talk about the food for a second?

At a recent wedding, instead of a formal dinner or buffet, the couple opted for a jaw-dropping charcuterie spread that guests grazed on all evening. We’re talking:

• Cured meats and artisan cheeses
• Dried and fresh fruits
• Crusty breads and crackers
• Jams, honey, and spreads
• Pasta salad, nuts, olives… you name it

It was vibrant, abundant, and beautifully styled — but more than that, it created a vibe. Guests didn’t just eat; they mingled, snacked, and shared laughs around the table all night. It made the celebration feel relaxed, inviting, and social.
